Job summary

Sanofi in Waterford, Ireland is seeking a Site Portfolio Intern to join the Site Portfolio team. You will support coordination and delivery of projects across manufacturing and supply operations during a 6- to 8-month, full-time, onsite internship starting January 2027.

You'll gain hands-on experience in project planning, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and portfolio management while working alongside experienced Project Managers and Portfolio Leads.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and returning to studies after internship.
• Basic understanding of project management principles from studies or projects.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze information and present data clearly.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and track milestones with the team.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and PM tools with accuracy.
• Monitor risks, actions, changes and ensure follow-up actions.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and governance presentations.
• Maintain organized project documentation and readily accessible info.
• Coordinate meetings and record actions; facilitate cross-team communication.
• Support continuous improvement and day-to-day Portfolio activities.
