Apleona Ireland is seeking a Reliability & Facilities Engineer to join our team at a pharma site in Carrigtowhill, Co Cork. You will identify reliability risks, develop maintenance plans, and work closely with operations to keep the facility compliant and safe.

The role requires hands-on oversight of utilities, HVAC, and production assets, with a focus on data-driven improvement using CMMS, RCA/FMEA, and KPI tracking such as MTBF and OEE.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in engineering with relevant experience.
• Experience in reliability/maintenance engineering in pharma/manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of RCA, FMEA, asset criticality and preventive/predictive maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Identify and mitigate equipment reliability risks to prevent downtime.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Investigate equipment failures and apply RCA/FMEA.
• Oversee building utilities, HVAC, power, water systems to maintain safe environments.
• Track indicators like MTBF, MTTR, OEE.
• Coach technicians in troubleshooting and fault coding.
• Escalate unresolved concerns through engineering and client channels.
• Improve CMMS data quality and asset registration.
• Coordinate interventions with production assets to meet quality requirements.
• Attend onsite and be flexible for after-hours activities.
