Job summary

Suir Engineering, Rathdrum, Wicklow, is seeking a Quality Manager to drive a quality-focused culture on our pharmaceutical project. You will deploy quality policies, oversee the QA/QC function, and ensure compliant documentation and audits across sites.

You will lead continuous improvement, manage NCRs and lessons learned, and collaborate with project teams to uphold the highest quality standards in design, procurement and construction. This role offers broad exposure and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Trade/engineering background is essential.
• 10+ years professional experience in relevant fields.
• High level of technical knowledge across the construction industry.
• Understanding of off-site quality control requirements.
• Demonstrated capability in Quality Management and QA/QC practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and drive the quality strategy for the business.
• Implement the Quality Policy and our management system including coaching for its use.
• Convene and deliver quality awareness workshops for new starts and projects.
• Promote a strong quality culture through training and information sessions with project teams.
• Ensure all relevant standards and procedures are available and training is completed.
• Lead document management to meet GDP requirements and audit readiness.
• Provide leadership in QA/QC and ‘Right first time’ delivery across projects.
• Assist teams in drawing up Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans.
