Job summary

Suir Engineering is seeking a Quality Manager for a pharmaceutical project in Rathdrum, Co Wicklow. You will promote a quality-driven culture and oversee the delivery of construction quality in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Key responsibilities include implementing the Quality Policy, coaching teams on the management system, and driving continuous improvement across the project lifecycle. This role offers international exposure and strong career development within a leading EMS provider.

Qualifications

• Trade/engineering background essential.
• Auditor training preferred but not mandatory.
• 10+ years professional experience required.
• High level of technical knowledge across construction.
• Understanding of off-site quality control requirements.
• Demonstrated capability in Quality Management.
• CQV knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Experience on Data Centre projects or similar industries is desirable.
• People management experience.
• Strong communication and IT skills; ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Develop, support and drive the quality strategy for the business.
• Implement the Quality Policy and management system with coaching guidance.
• Lead quality awareness workshops for new starts and projects.
• Promote a strong quality culture through training and inductions.
• Ensure standards and procedures are available and training is completed.
• Oversee document management and GDP requirements.
• Provide QA/QC leadership and promote Right first time.
• Draft and monitor Quality Plans and ITPs for projects.
