Job summary

RECRUITERS is seeking a Process Engineer for a leading global pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation in Co. Tipperary.

The 12-month contract offers a potential path to permanency and involves close collaboration with engineering, maintenance, vendors and on-site technicians. You will support new processes, drive Lean Six Sigma improvements, and contribute to CAPAs while ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate minimum; Level 7/8 qualification also considered.
• Mechanical, electrical or instrumentation background.
• Experience in a regulated industry (Pharma, Medical Device, Food or similar).
• Experience with maintenance management systems; SAP/EAM beneficial.
• Good understanding of electrical components and spare parts.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to safety and PPE compliance.
• Location: Ballydine, Co. Tipperary.
• 12-month contract with a view to becoming permanent; on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Support the introduction and transfer of new processes and products.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and Change Management.
• Support investigations into deviations and contribute to CAPAs.
• Identify and implement technical and process improvements.
• Support manufacturing operations in line with quality, safety and environmental requirements.
• Work closely with vendors, technicians and cross-functional teams.
• Work with maintenance systems – SAP, transitioning to EAM, and Procal for calibration.
• Identify and source appropriate electrical components and spare parts when required.
