Job summary

Agilent Technologies is seeking a Pharmaceutical Operations Co-Ordinator to support service delivery in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment, coordinating maintenance visits and liaising with internal teams and vendors.

The role is on-site in Innishannon, West Cork, with an hourly pay of €24. You will manage customer inquiries, schedules, and asset inventories while ensuring compliance and minimal downtime for laboratory equipment.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification (science background a plus).
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience with scheduling tools (SAP, Smart Sheet).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service visits and plan maintenance for laboratory equipment.
• Act as the onsite contact for service engineers and vendors, managing permits.
• Be the first point of contact for customer scheduling and operations queries.
• Join operational calls and meetings, handling a high volume of emails.
• Maintain accurate inventories of customer assets.
• Track performance metrics to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent service.
• Schedule inductions and collate RAMS/Certifications.
• Manage repair requests to minimize instrument downtime.
• Oversee shipment and tracking of off-site instruments and reports.
• Upload vendor service reports to CMMS and close work orders.
• Comply with gowning, PPE, and clean-room requirements.
