Job summary

Veolia is seeking an Instrument & Controls Technician in Blanchardstown, Dublin, to support safe and reliable operations of site utilities, HVAC and related control systems in a regulated manufacturing setting.

You will perform preventive maintenance, calibration and fault-finding across instrumentation and control assets, with emphasis on Siemens BMS and ABB drives, while ensuring GMP-compliant documentation and change control.

Qualifications

Recognised trade qualification in Instrumentation or Electrical discipline.
Minimum three years post-qualification experience in instrumentation/controls/maintenance.
Experience in pharmaceutical/regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
Hands-on BMS experience with Siemens systems and ABB drives.

Responsibilities

Perform planned preventive maintenance, calibration and fault-finding of instrumentation and controls.
Work with Utilities Technicians on routine operations, maintenance and fault resolution across HVAC systems.
Diagnose faults on HVAC control systems and ABB/Siemens equipment.
Monitor Siemens BMS controllers, inputs/outputs, alarms and interlocks.
Calibrate transmitters, sensors and indicators for key process parameters.
Use CMMS and drawings to plan, record and close work orders.
