Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Stamullen, Co. Meath, is seeking a Facilities Operative for a permanent, on-site role Monday to Friday. You will maintain and present facility equipment and buildings, performing general repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure GMP and housekeeping standards.

The ideal candidate has Leaving Cert, basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), and 5–10 years in building or construction with MEWP certification. Ability to work at heights and independently.

Qualifications

• Leaving Cert or equivalent required.
• Proficient with basic IT: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
• 5–10 years' experience in building or construction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and present facility equipment and buildings through repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure facility is clean, safe, and GMP-compliant with general housekeeping standards.
• Follow safe work practices; report near misses to EHS and coordinate with site contractors.
• Perform various maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and signage repairs; assist with utilities and services as needed.
• Keep work areas organized with proper tool storage and adhere to health & safety requirements.
