Job summary

Jacksons Leisure Centre is seeking a qualified Personal Trainer to join our leisure team. You will deliver 1-to-1 PT, develop personalised plans, conduct assessments and promote services to members and hotel guests. You will also perform general leisure centre duties ensuring a clean, safe, welcoming environment.

The role is advertised as part-time with potential to grow to full-time, and you’ll work within a busy hotel leisure setting with a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised Personal Training/Fitness Instructor qualification.
• Good understanding of health, safety and safe exercise practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional 1-to-1 personal training sessions to members and guests.
• Develop personalised fitness programmes based on goals and abilities.
• Conduct fitness assessments and provide ongoing motivation.
• Promote the Leisure Centre's fitness and wellness services to encourage engagement.
• Provide guidance on exercise techniques and safe gym use.
• Carry out general Leisure Centre duties and keep the facility clean and welcoming.
