Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking an Assistant Leisure Centre Manager to lead the gym operations in our onsite leisure facilities. You will support the Leisure Centre Manager, coach staff, and help deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as Leisure Centre Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Must hold Gym Instructor certification and Lifeguard certificate up to date.
• First Aid certification current.
• Pool Plant Room Operator certification desirable but not essential.
• REPs Ireland registration.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Leisure Centre Manager and oversee gym operations during absence to ensure safety and smooth staffing.
• Support training and development, employee engagement and HR issues within the team.
• Help implement and maintain standard operating procedures for all service areas.
• Liaise with Deputy General Manager and Leisure Centre Manager on operational issues.
• Drive sales and model excellent customer service across all offerings.
