An exciting opportunity has arisen to work at the forefront of insurance in Limerick City, Co Dublin. The position is available for an immediate start.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound sales, customer service calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
• Setting up new client accounts and verifying customer documentation.
• Updating customer information in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to follow up on leads.
• Providing excellent customer service while generating sales.
• Overcoming objections and closing sales.
• Managing renewals and processing them.

Candidate Requirements:

• APA or CIP qualification.
• CPD aligned with Minimum Competency requirements.
• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience in a similar role.
• Passion and drive to work within the insurance industry.
