TerraGlen Residential Care Services in Ireland seeks a Social Care Manager to lead a disability residential service, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring high standards of care in line with HIQA requirements.

You will support staff through supervision and training, promote inclusion and personal choice for service users, and engage with families and professionals to uphold quality and accountability.

Qualificações

• Level 8 qualification in Social Care or equivalent CORU recognition.
• Minimum 3 years' management or supervisory experience in a health or social care setting.
• Strong understanding of HIQA, Children First Act 2015, Disability Act 2005, and GDPR.
• Full, clean driving licence.

Your Role And Responsabilities

What You'll Need

• Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Applied Social Studies, Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent recognised by CORU,
• or Level 7 plus Management qualification (min. 30 ECTS, Level 6 or higher) in line with HIQA Regulation 14(7).
• Minimum 3 years' management or supervisory experience in a health or social care setting.
• Strong understanding of HIQA, Children First Act 2015, Disability Act 2005, and GDPR.
• Full, clean driving licence.

Vetting Requirement

• Successful candidates will be subject to Garda Vetting through the National Vetting Bureau
