Job summary

Cpl Group is seeking a proactive Person in Charge (PIC) for Intellectual Disability Services in Meath to lead residential services. You will shape high-quality, person-centred care, ensure regulatory compliance, and support teams to deliver dignified independence for service users.

With nursing or social care qualifications and at least three years of management experience, you will drive HIQA standards, governance, and continuous improvement across centres, while building strong relationships

Qualifications

• Nursing degree with NMBI registration (or eligibility) or Level 8 Social Care degree.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in health or social care.
• Management qualification: NFQ Level 6 or higher.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA standards, person-centred planning, and clinical governance.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland.

• Drive the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care

What You Bring
