Job summary

SOHAMRAJ ENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a performing artiste coordinator to manage daily stage activities from 9pm to 2am and to orchestrate introductions among artiste crews.

The role includes conducting auditions, evaluating candidates, and assigning roles based on strengths and weaknesses. You will monitor on-stage performance, adjust time slots with the producer, enforce discipline, attend management meetings, and share stage insights with junior artistes to ensure high-quality

Responsibilities

• Orientation and introductions for artiste crews; daily performance prep from 9pm to 2am.
• Conduct auditions, evaluate and select candidates for the performing artiste position.
• Identify strengths/weaknesses of artistes for efficient role allocation.
• Monitor monthly on-stage performance levels and provide corrective feedback.
• Coordinate with producer on artiste time slots and adjust as needed.
• Enforce discipline and uphold rules with zero tolerance.
• Represent artistes in management meetings.
• Oversee audition/evaluation/selection for new candidates.
• Memorize lyrics and routines for optimal performance standards.
• Interpret music or dance and perform in production.
• Fine-tune with artistes and band members for smooth operation.
• Share stage experience with junior artistes.
• Negotiate contracts and fees, book venues, handle publicity.
• Foster teamwork and collaborative spirit.
• Analyze trends, resolve quality and customer service issues.
• Maintain appropriate stage image and grooming etiquette.
• Deputize as stage compere in the absence of the regular host.

1. Orientation started and introduce all the artiste crews members to each other, daily performance get ready to start performing singing and dancing on the stage from 9pm to 2am.

2. Responsible for the audition, evaluation and selection process for all candidate applying for the performing artiste position.

3. Identify the strengths and weakness of each and every individual performing artiste for efficiency in allocation of performing roles.

4. Monitor the on-stage performance levels of all performing artistes on a monthly basis and feedback to the artiste for corrective measures (when necessary).

5. Work with producer on the artiste performing time slots and make the necessary adjustments when the need arises.

6. Ensuring the overall discipline level among the band members in conforming to rules and regulations.

7. Enforcing discipline and accept zero tolerance.

8. Represent the performing artistes to attend all management meetings.

9. Responsible for the audition, evaluation selection process for all candidates applying for the performing artiste position.

10. Memorize lyrics and routines of song selection for optimal performance standards

11. Interpret music or dance and perform in production.

12. Fine tune with others artiste and all the other band members, ensuring smooth operation and ready to perform on the stage at any time in top condition and produce excellence production.

13. Share her stage experience with the other junior artiste.
