Job summary

HR SOLUTIONS CONSULTANTS LLP seeks a production and stage manager to lead every aspect of live performances. You will plan themes, schedule rehearsals, and oversee technical running while ensuring artistic direction is maintained and budgets are controlled.

You will conduct production meetings, coordinate crews, monitor costs, and report revenue outcomes to management. Collaboration with marketing and sales to forecast profit is essential.

Qualifications

• Require a degree in Business Management.
• Minimum 3 years of management and stage management experience.
• Very accurate in planning and coordinating work.
• Experience in planning performance budget and meeting business targets.
• In-depth understanding of the Nightlife industry.

Responsibilities

• Plan themes of all performances and summarize the plots.
• Plan and schedule rehearsals.
• Be in charge of all rehearsals including the technical running of rehearsals.
• Ensure rehearsals follow artistic directions and call extra correctional rehearsals if needed.
• Conduct production meetings and attend all production meetings to ensure timely task completion.
• Ensure technical crew and artiste crew communicate frequently to complete tasks on time.
• Monitor production costs to ensure the production stays within budget.
• Write a management report on revenue of each production.
• Ensure performances meet the company’s profit and revenue requirements.
• Work with marketing and sales to forecast revenue and profit.

• 1. To plan the themes of all performances and summaries the plots

• 3. Be the person in charge of all the rehearsals including the technical running of the rehearsals
• 4. Ensure that the rehearsals maintain the artistic directions and if there is a need, to call for extra correctional rehearsals
• 5. To conduct production meetings and be present in all productions meeting to ensure that all tasks of the production are completed in a timely manner
• 6. Ensure that the technical crew and the artiste crew communicate frequently to ensure tasks are completed on time
• 7. Monitor the cost of the productions to ensure that the production is within budget
• 8. To write a report to the management on the revenue of each production
• 9. Ensure all performance are able to meet the profit and revenue requirements of the company
• 10. Work with the marketing and sales to forecast of revenue and profit
