Qualifications

• Experience in Fund Accounting, Investment Operations, Alternatives, Product, New Business, Change or a related financial services role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Support fund launches, client onboarding and transitions.
• Review fund documentation and operational requirements.
• Assist with performance fee model implementation and governance reviews.
• Partner with operational teams to solve complex client and fund structure challenges.
• Support automation, process improvement and strategic change initiatives.
• Contribute to risk, control and governance activities.
