Northern Trust is recruiting a consultant in our Fund Accounting department. The role signs off NAV calculations and serves as the subject matter expert for fund-specific requirements. You will lead the rollout of system enhancements and feed back insights to stakeholders.

You may be an individual contributor or have one direct report. This position suits candidates with prior fund accounting or related operational experience who want to progress in a best-in-class environment.

Qualifications

• Previous fund accounting experience or relevant operational experience preferred.
• Detailed knowledge of Enterprise and Fund Accounting applications.
• Understanding of NT systems, infrastructure, and data flows.
• Strong client servicing and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Co-ordinate systems testing within the team.
• Mentor peers during projects and assignments.
• Represent the team on cross-functional process or project deliverables.
• Roll out new procedures in consultation with BPA/Team leaders/NAV Managers.
• Provide input into long-term department strategy.
• Maintain client service orientation and quality.
