Job summary

The role combines hands-on testing with broader strategy, collaborating with Engineering Leadership and multiple teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and resilience during major events and releases.

You will drive performance testing, expand automated gates, and embed best practices across the SDLC, influencing engineering practices across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in performance engineering or testing.
• Proficient in designing load and stress tests for complex apps.
• Strong observability and CI/CD integration experience.
• Ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance engineering initiatives to improve reliability, scalability, and system performance.
• Identify performance and testability risks early and implement effective solutions.
• Provide guidance on architecture to improve observability, testability, and efficiency.
• Plan and support performance, load, and stress testing for critical systems and events.
• Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
