Jobgether in Ireland is seeking a Performance Marketing Motion Designer / Video Editor to join a fast-paced creative team. You will craft, edit, and animate paid social creatives designed to drive measurable results across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

You will test variants, analyze performance, and iterate based on data. Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Figma is essential, with an openness to AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation and production.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in motion design, video editing, or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, video editing, paid social creative, and social-first storytelling.
• Proven experience creating performance-oriented advertisements on Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR, CPM, CPC, watch time).
• Ability to analyze performance and translate data-driven insights into recommendations.
• Test-and-learn mindset and willingness to experiment and optimize creatively.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, edit, and animate assets for social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
• Translate marketing objectives and audience insights into engaging creative concepts.
• Break down ads into hooks, problems, solutions, proof points, and CTAs for A/B testing.
• Review performance data to identify patterns and optimize assets.
• Turn campaign data into actionable creative iterations rather than personal preference.
• Manage end-to-end post-production workflows including sound design, VFX, and color correction.
• Adapt creatives into multiple versions, placements, and formats with clear version control.
