Job summary

Krispy Kreme Ireland Limited is seeking a proactive People Partner to support operations across Ireland and Northern Ireland. You will advise on the employee lifecycle, coach managers, and foster an inclusive workplace while ensuring legal compliance.

Based near Dublin with travel to sites across Ireland and Northern Ireland, you will strengthen management capability, influence work practices and drive a positive employee experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an HR generalist role or similar.
  • Experience managing employee relations cases independently.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
  • Experience coaching and influencing managers.
  • Experience in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line advice on employee relations matters.
  • Independently manage disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance cases.
  • Coach managers to resolve people issues confidently and consistently.
  • Support investigations and formal meetings.
  • Ensure fair, legally compliant decisions.
  • Build trusted relationships across Retail, Manufacturing and Support Office teams.
  • Provide practical, focused advice to support business decisions.
  • Identify people risks and recommend effective solutions.
  • Support workforce planning and organisational change.
  • Promote effective people-management practices.
  • Support recruitment, offers and onboarding.
  • Advise on probation reviews, contract changes and promotions.
  • Support family leave and flexible-working requests.
  • Manage leaver processes and exit interviews.
  • Partner with UK and Ireland People Services for a seamless employee experience.
  • Support performance management, talent reviews and succession planning.
  • Coach leaders to deliver feedback and development conversations.
  • Champion wellbeing, belonging, diversity, equity and inclusion.
  • Support engagement surveys and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Irish employment law, UK legislation for NI, WRC Codes and GDPR.
  • Review policies and updates in response to legislative changes.
  • Support culture, systems, policy, leadership development and org change projects.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve employee experience.

People Partner – Ireland & Northern Ireland

Are you a confident People professional who enjoys helping managers bring out the best in their teams?

We’re looking for a proactive People Partner to support our operations across Ireland and Northern Ireland. You’ll provide practical advice throughout the employee lifecycle, coach managers through people matters and help create an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.

Ideally, you’ll be located within easy reach of Dublin and have the flexibility to travel to Krispy Kreme sites across Ireland and Northern Ireland when required.

This varied, hands-on role offers the opportunity to strengthen management capability, influence how we work and make a meaningful difference to our people.

What you’ll be doing
Employee relations
  • Providing first-line advice on employee relations matters
  • Independently managing disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance cases
  • Coaching managers to resolve people issues confidently and consistently

  • Identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve the employee experience
What we’re looking for

You’ll be approachable, pragmatic and confident in your judgement, with the ability to balance the needs of our people and the business.

You’ll bring:
  • Experience working within an HR generalist role or in a comparable role
  • Experience managing employee relations cases independently
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation
  • Experience coaching and influencing managers
  • Experience within a fast-paced operational environment
  • Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
  • The confidence to engage with stakeholders at every level
  • A high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to travel to Krispy Kreme sites across Ireland and Northern Ireland when required

A CIPD or equivalent HR qualification would be advantageous, along with knowledge of UK & Irish employment law and experience within retail, hospitality, manufacturing or logistics.
