We're looking for a People Partner to join The Stepstone Group on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting our Go-to-Market division in Ireland across our three core brands: IrishJobs, Jobsie and NIJobs.com.
As our People Partner, you’ll independently support our Sales and Service teams in Ireland, acting as a trusted partner to managers and leaders across the business. You’ll provide expert guidance on people matters, support organisational change initiatives, and help drive a high-performance culture aligned with our values and business objectives.
Working closely with our Centres of Excellence (COEs), including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, People Operations, and Talent & Development, you’ll ensure the consistent delivery of our People strategy and contribute to a seamless employee experience across the organisation.
This is a hybrid role, and we ask all employees to attend the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
