Job summary

Darwin Hawkins is partnering with a leading Professional Services firm in Dublin to appoint an experienced HR Transformation Director. You will lead complex HR transformation engagements, shape operating models, design organisation structures and oversee technology-enabled change, including AI initiatives.

You will advise senior clients, build new business, and develop the HR Transformation practice within a top-tier firm.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading end-to-end HR transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of HR operating models and organisational design.
• Practical experience applying AI within transformation with demonstrable projects.
• Broad knowledge of HR technology and systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.

Our client is a large and highly regarded Professional Services firm with an established Consulting practice in Dublin. Due to continued investment in its People & Change offering, the firm is seeking an experienced HR Transformation Director to help develop and grow this area of the business.

• Extensive experience personally leading and delivering end-to-end HR Transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of HR operating models, organisational design, process redesign, workforce strategy and technology-enabled transformation.
• Practical experience of AI within transformation, with the ability to demonstrate specific projects and how AI solutions have been implemented.
• Broad knowledge of HR technology and systems, potentially including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM, and experience implementing technology and process change.
• Strong senior stakeholder and client advisory skills combined with demonstrable business development experience.
• Consulting experience is preferred, although candidates who have led significant transformation through organisational change, restructuring or M&A environments will also be considered.

Role and Reporting Lines

Working as part of the senior leadership team within the People & Change practice, you will take ownership of major client engagements while helping develop and grow the HR Transformation offering.

• HR Transformation – Lead complex end-to-end transformation programmes across operating models, organisational design, processes, technology and workforce strategy.
• Client Advisory – Act as a trusted adviser to senior HR and business leaders, translating complex organisational challenges into practical transformation solutions.
• Process Transformation – Own the redesign and implementation of HR processes, ensuring solutions are scalable, practical and aligned with wider business objectives.
• Technology & AI – Help clients utilise HR technology, data and AI to transform processes, operating models and ways of working.
• Business Development – Develop senior client relationships, identify opportunities, shape proposals and generate new consulting engagements.
• Practice Development – Play a key role in developing and growing the HR Transformation offering and bringing new propositions to market.
• People Leadership – Lead, coach and develop consulting teams while ensuring high-quality delivery across client engagements.
• Strategic Change – Support clients through significant organisational change, potentially including restructuring, M&A, integration and wider workforce transformation.
