Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking a People & Change Manager to join our Consulting practice, helping drive client engagements, lead on projects and provide updates to Directors and Partners. You will work with industry-leading clients across sectors on HR, organisational change and strategic transformation, leveraging expertise in HR advisory and change management to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in consulting or corporate environment.
• Familiarity with Programme and Project Management for large-scale programs.
• Desirable Change Management certification (Prosci).
• Strong ability to lead and deliver complex change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead client projects and workstreams with strategic plans and reliable deliverables.
• Collaborate with Ireland and international clients to meet objectives.
• Engage stakeholders and act as subject matter expert within client organisations.
• Develop propositions, client proposals and contribute to thought leadership.
• Support business development activity and foster client relationships.
• Drive inclusive culture and effective change leadership.
