Job summary

Slalom is seeking a People Business Partner for a 7-month fixed-term contract to support UK & Ireland. You will partner with leaders, champion culture and align people programs with business objectives across functions, focusing on end-of-year cycles and global/local HR initiatives.

You will work with Global Services and cross-functional teams, coaching leaders and driving engagement, capability planning, and effective use of data to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• HRBP experience in an HR Business Partner role.
• Experience leading HR cyclical processes (promotion, compensation, rewards, performance).
• Ability to work at pace with strong planning and structure in a complex environment.
• Ability to collaborate with local and global teams in an entrepreneurial matrix structure.
• Organisational development, coaching, compensation, and employee relations skills.
• Data-driven approach to identifying trends and driving decisions.
• Excellent communicator with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• As a People Business Partner, provide forward-thinking recommendations influencing people-focused matters.
• Lead planning, delivery and engagement of end-of-year cyclical people activities and priorities.
• Collaborate with local leadership and COEs on development and rollout of people programs.
• Coach leaders and teams to improve people and team management; track engagement initiatives.
• Consult on organisational effectiveness and development needs; use data to guide decisions.
• Handle day-to-day HR matters and provide coaching to employees and leaders.
• Participate in capability leadership meetings and rollout COE programs.
