Job summary

KKR in Dublin is seeking a Senior People Analytics Professional to scale and tailor reporting for Talent Management, Talent Development and Talent Acquisition CoEs. The role combines advanced analytics with practical insights to drive people decisions.

You will build dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI, develop predictive models for attrition and performance, and partner with stakeholders to present concise executive-level analyses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a consulting capacity, or in-house at a professional services or financial services firm.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and knowledge of R/Python within an IDE for statistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of database and data modeling concepts; comfortable with SQL.
• Strong understanding of talent management processes and metrics.
• Advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Talent Management Partnership: Analytics partner to Talent Management, Talent Development, and Talent Acquisition CoEs; scope solutions and build sustainable products.
• Talent and Diversity Analytics: Deliver analyses using quantitative and qualitative data for actionable insights.
• Talent Metrics Development: Develop and track key talent metrics and benchmarking.
• Executive-Level Presentations: Create concise, impactful presentations for stakeholders.
• Statistical Analysis: Use advanced methods to identify trends and develop predictive models for talent outcomes.
• Data Visualization: Create visuals with Tableau and PowerBI to communicate insights.
• Reporting and Analytics Framework: Enhance framework, standardize metrics, and scale dashboards.
• Survey Analysis: Analyze employee survey data and derive actionable recommendations.
• Data Quality Advocacy: Ensure data integrity and build audits and tools.
• Training and Support: Train teammates to use reporting tools and derive insights.
