Standard Life, part of Phoenix Group, is recruiting a Customer Operations Team Manager to lead a team of Pension & Investment Administrators and guide the team through transformation. You will drive performance, coaching, and continuous improvement across operations.

You will support the Bulk Purchase Annuity project, ensuring business readiness for Customer Services Delivery, working with stakeholders to manage change and deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in servicing and pension/investment administration.
• Experience with Bulk Purchase Annuities and/or Individual Annuities desirable.
• Experience leading or coaching others through change or project activity.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of Pension & Investment Administrators.
• Manage resources, systems, and processes for efficient operations.
• Support the Bulk Purchase Annuity project with readiness for Customer Services Delivery (CSD).
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to prepare for change and communicate impact.
• Ensure readiness activities: training, communications, process updates, and handover requirements.
