Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment in Dublin is seeking a PE Fund Accountant Manager at VP level for a growing PE department. The role is based in central Dublin with a Hybrid model (3 days onsite and 2 days remote).

The successful candidate will lead the PE fund accounting team, manage client relationships, and ensure timely NAV delivery. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in alternative funds, with 3+ years in management and PE fund experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Alternative funds, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Experience in PE funds is essential.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serving as primary senior point of contact for clients on accounting matters.
• Responsible for ensuring delivery of timely and accurate NAVs.
• Leading department group projects related to operational efficiencies.
• Training, coaching and mentoring new employees; motivating staff within the team.
• Representing the client and presenting the Administrator's report at Fund Board Meetings.
• Reviewing Fund documents in advance of new fund launches.
