You will translate product and system requirements into board-level PCBA specifications and support schematic design, hardware development and testing in collaboration with system, hardware and software teams. Candidates should hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Embedded Systems with hands-on PCBA and schematic design

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems or a comparable discipline.
• Experience in PCBA and schematic design.
• Strong knowledge of hardware architecture and development.
• Hands-on experience with Altium Designer; KiCad or OrCAD experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements and system architectures into board-specific PCBA requirements.
• Support the design and development of PCBA schematics.
• Participate in design, layout and architecture reviews.
• Collaborate with system, hardware and software teams.
• Ensure feasibility and quality of hardware designs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Select and specify board-level components.
• Perform engineering calculations and simulations.
• Carry out initial sample inspections and testing according to test plans.
• Support the implementation of hardware requirements.
