Job summary

Xeinadin Group in Cork is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our Client Payroll Bureau team. The role offers flexible hybrid working and a fast-paced environment for a payroll professional looking to advance their career.

You will process varied payrolls, keep accurate records, administer pension and benefits, and ensure compliance with payroll legislation. Prior BrightPay experience and IPASS certification are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year payroll administration experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and client service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• BrightPay experience desirable.
• IPASS qualification or willingness to undertake certification.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for a varied client base.
• Maintain employee payroll records and documentation.
• Administer pensions, health insurance and payroll deductions.
• Respond professionally to client and employee payroll queries.
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and Revenue requirements.
• Maintain a complete audit trail and document control procedures.
