Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join the payroll team in Ireland, handling ROI and NI weekly and monthly payrolls for 2000+ employees. The role combines high-volume processing with cross-functional collaboration across HR and store managers.

You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payment, with a hybrid work model (4 days in the office, 1 day from home) and a competitive package including a company pension and staff discounts.

  • Liaising with Store Managers regarding exceptions e.g. paperwork, hours worked, holiday, sick pay entitlements
  • Processing payrolls on a weekly basis in an accurate, on-time, compliant manner
  • Collaborating with the human resources department to maintain employee data
  • Calculating holiday pay, sick pay and other statutory payments
  • Process new starters, leavers, review and verify employee records
  • Answer queries relating timesheets, payslips and other payroll matters

There couldn’t be a more exciting time to join the Frasers Group business as we continue to grow our retail estate and launch new brands. We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join the payroll team, responsible for managing ROI and NI weekly and monthly payrolls for 2000+ employees.
