Job summary

Frasers Group is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join the payroll team in Ireland, responsible for managing ROI and NI weekly and monthly payrolls for 2000+ employees.

You will check hours, liaise with Store Managers on exceptions, process payrolls weekly with accuracy, collaborate with HR to maintain employee data, and calculate holiday and sick pay while handling starter/leaver records and payslip queries.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of tax and employment rules and regulations.
  • Attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Checking the number of hours employees have worked
  • Liaising with Store Managers regarding exceptions e.g. paperwork, hours worked, holiday, sick pay entitlements
  • Processing payrolls on a weekly basis in an accurate, on-time, compliant manner
  • Collaborating with the human resources department to maintain employee data
  • Calculating holiday pay, sick pay and other statutory payments
  • Process new starters, leavers, review and verify employee records
  • Answer queries relating timesheets, payslips and other payroll matters

Job Description
The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join the payroll team, responsible for managing ROI and NI weekly and monthly payrolls for 2000+ employees.
