Frasers Group, operating Sports Direct, is seeking anexperienced Supervisor to lead a small in-store team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will role-model exceptional customer service, train and motivate staff, and ensure a world-class store experience.

Join a dynamic team within Frasers Group, with a base salary of €37,500 per annum plus bonuses and a broad development program across our brands.

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead a small team in one of our instore departments

• You will support in delivering meticulous store presentation taking pride in implementing visual merchandising standards that align with the Sports Direct Brand

• Lead the team to ensure they are efficient in always following best practice to support the delivery of commercial goals and brand knowledge.
