Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a payroll professional for a six-month fixed-term contract in Dublin to oversee payroll processes across EMEA entities in a busy industrial/manufacturing environment.

You will ensure accuracy, maintain records, respond to staff queries, collaborate with HR and Finance, and support year-end reporting and audits while adhering to Ireland regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in payroll management or a related role.
  • Experience with payroll systems and relevant software.
  • ADP experience is highly regarded; strong attention to detail and organisation.
  • Understanding of local Ireland tax and employment regulations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Job Description

If you have experience in payroll and want to take on a six-month fixed-term contract in Dublin, this role could be for you. You'll be managing payroll processes across EMEA entities to ensure everything runs smoothly and accurately in a busy industrial/manufacturing setting.

This role is based within the industrial/manufacturing sector in Dublin.

Description

Oversee and process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Maintain payroll records and ensure timely submissions of payroll taxes and other deductions.

Job Offer
  • Competitive salary ranging from €45,000 to €50,000, dependent on the level of experience.
  • Fixed-term contract for six months.
