Job summary

The Westbury in Dublin is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry to join our award-winning culinary team. You’ll help create beautiful pastries, desserts, and afternoon tea experiences while developing your skills.

You will work to maintain HACCP standards, support the pastry team across daily prep and service, and continue learning under experienced chefs. This permanent role offers meals, uniform, and strong training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous pastry experience in a hotel or restaurant is required.
• Good basic pastry skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Passionate about pastry and keen to learn; must be organised, reliable and a team player.
