As a Pastry Chef de Partie at Hawksmoor, you’ll take ownership of the pastry section, delivering consistently high-quality desserts with precision and care. This is a hands‑on role where attention to detail, organisation and pride in your craft are key. You’ll work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure every dessert leaving the pass meets Hawksmoor standards.

What You’ll Do
