Job summary

Fohntech Group in Dublin 15, Ireland, seeks an experienced Pressure Testing & Cleaning / Passivation Manager for a two-year project. The role will plan, coordinate, and assure all piping system testing, cleaning, and passivation activities, with subcontractor oversight and rigorous safety controls.

You will define the test philosophy, review P&IDs, manage resources, and ensure quality and timely turnover in compliance with ASME B31.3 and EN standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading pressure testing and cleaning projects for piping systems.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and safety plans.
• Familiarity with ASME B31.3 and EN standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement overall testing and cleaning strategy.
• Coordinate and supervise test preparation, pressurisation and cleaning.
• Manage specialist subcontractors and RAMS/ITPs.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, schedule and QA.
• Lead safety and risk assessments for high-risk activities.
• Oversee documentation and handover packages.
