I'm partnering with a leading Dublin-based client to recruit an experienced Agentforce (Salesforce) Engineer for a high‑profile programme focused on delivering next‑generation AI solutions across the Salesforce platform. This is an excellent opportunity to work with Agentforce, AI‑powered automation, and conversational AI, helping to build intelligent customer and employee experiences at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and the wider Salesforce platform.
• Build AI‑powered agents, intelligent workflows and conversational experiences.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications, APIs and third‑party platforms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable technical solutions.
• Support solution testing, deployment and continuous platform optimisation.
• Champion Salesforce best practices across architecture, security, governance and performance.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product and business stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Engineer, Agentforce Engineer or Salesforce Technical Consultant.
• Hands‑on experience implementing Salesforce Agentforce and AI‑driven automation solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce development and architecture, including Apex, Lightning Web Components and platform configuration.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs and other integration technologies.
• Experience delivering enterprise‑scale Salesforce solutions within cloud environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing within agile delivery teams.
