Job summary

SAP SE invites students for the iXp Intern - Partner Support Specialist role in Galway, Ireland. You will be a key contact for SAP PartnerEdge partners across EMEA/MEE, guiding them to tools and resources, triaging queries, and driving process improvements to enhance partner satisfaction.

The role is primarily reactive with emphasis on stakeholder management, attention to detail, and a drive to improve efficiency. Start date July 2026 for 12 months, with SAP's global paid internship program.

Qualifications

University degree or student in Business/IT preferable.
Problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to handle high volume of tasks in short timeframes.
Creative thinking; willingness and ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies.
Pro-active and result-oriented team-player with strong communication skills.
Ability/openness to work well in a multicultural and multinational environment.
Experienced IT user – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Fluent in English and additionally a European language is a benefit.
Experience in handling customers directly.
Proven experience in improving efficiency on processes.

Responsibilities

Guide SAP PartnerEdge partners to the right tools and resources; triage and resolve queries.
Maintain internal systems of partner record.
Collate and present information to SAP stakeholders on current processes; propose improvements to enhance partner experience.
Collaborate with Partner Managers and other Partner Activation roles to support SAP Partners.
Flexibility around working hours may be required.
