Job summary

SAP Galway hosts an Internship Experience Program in Partner Operations Finance. The PES Finance Operations Intern will support end-to-end O2C processes, billing activities, and data analysis while gaining exposure to global finance operations and AI-driven process improvements.

You will collaborate across teams, prepare materials, and contribute to process improvements, staying curious and eager to learn in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled student in business, commerce, economics.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proactive team player with good communication skills.
• Structured, detail-oriented working style with ownership.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a global, multicultural team.
• Quick learner with interest in E-Commerce finance processes.
• Good understanding of AI models. Perplexity, Chat GBT, Claude.
• Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus.
• Excel proficiency is a must. Lookup, Pivot, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support processing and tracking of billings for the Partner Benefits Catalogue.
• Maintain and update billing and payment content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Provide internal and external stakeholders with billing and payment information.
• Support SAP Program Billings initiatives.
• Prepare team materials (meetings, workshops, documentation).
• Maintain documentation and SharePoint content.
• Contribute to improving processes, tools, and workflows by implementing and using AI capabilities.
• Support basic data analysis and preparation of reports or summaries.
• Assist in collecting feedback and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
