Job summary

As an enrolled student in Business or IT, you’ll develop analytical and problem-solving skills, while learning to use AI capabilities and SharePoint in a dynamic, multinational team environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled student in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive team player with good communication skills.
• Structured, detail-oriented working style with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a global, multicultural team.
• Quick learner with an interest in improving processes and ways of working.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support processing and tracking of service requests within the Partner Benefits Catalog.
• Maintain and update service content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in creating, editing, and publishing catalog entries.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
• Support preparation of team materials (e.g., meetings, workshops, documentation).
• Help maintain documentation and SharePoint content.
• Contribute to improving processes, tools, and workflows by implementing and using AI capabilities.
• Support basic data analysis and preparation of reports or summaries.
• Assist in collecting feedback and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
