eir Ireland is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant for Jervis Shopping Centre. This part-time role offers busy customer-facing work delivering standout service and achieving personal sales targets.

You will join a supportive team with full training provided, flexible evenings and weekends, and opportunities to advance within a fast-paced telecoms environment. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, recommending mobile and broadband solutions, and contributing to a positive in-store

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable mobile and broadband solutions.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets while contributing to store performance.
• Handle queries and issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support daily store operations including stock control, data entry and cash handling.
• Stay up-to-date with eir products, promotions and store policies to ensure accurate service delivery.
