Eircom Limited on O'Connell Street is seeking a Full Time Retail Lead Consultant to provide outstanding customer service and mobile solutions. You will work as part of a team to ensure the best possible customer experience and contribute to achieving store targets.

Flexibility is required for evenings and weekends. A background in retail or sales, strong communication, and confident customer engagement are essential for success in this role.

Competenze

• Candidates must be able to confidently engage our customers
• Candidates must communicate simply and clearly in a manner that invokes trust
• 0-2 years retail or sales experience is desirable

Mansioni

• Understand our customers needs and provide them with a relevant mobile solution
• Meet individual/team targets and objectives
• Resolve any issues/queries raised by customers in a polite and professional manner
• Assist store manager in duties when absent and act in leadership position in absence
• To be aware and implement current and new policies and procedures.
• To keep updated on eirs mobile/broadband packages vs. our competitors
