Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail or sales experience desirable.

• Interest in mobile, broadband and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable mobile and broadband solutions.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets while contributing to store performance.
• Handle queries and issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Support daily store operations including stock checks, data entry and cash handling.
• Remain up-to-date with eir’s products, promotions and store policies.
• Keep informed of competitor offerings to provide relevant information to customers.
