Job summary

Enable Ireland is seeking an Assistant Manager for our new shop in Killarney, Co. Kerry. This part-time, permanent role offers 24 hours per week with a salary of €18,345.60 per annum, plus a pro rata 1% profit share and bonus and excellent benefits.

You will lead staff and volunteers to deliver strong customer service and sales targets in a charity setting. Shop floor experience and a passion for making a difference are essential, with a focus on motivating the team and representing Enable

Qualifications

• Retail experience is required.
• Strong leadership and motivational experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong commercial experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the State.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and developing the shop within financial targets.
• Train, supervise and manage shop staff, both paid and volunteers.
• Ensure shop appearance aligns with brand standards.
