Enable Ireland in Cork City is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run the new Furniture Shop. The role requires retail experience, strong leadership and a passion for delivering excellent customer service to support the charity’s services.

You will manage staff, paid and voluntary, help achieve sales targets, and ensure the shop looks attractive and on-brand. Part-time, 24 hours per week, with a pro rata salary of €30,576 per year plus a 1% profit share if targets are met.

Formación

• Retail experience required.
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing and developing the new shop toward targets.
• Train, supervise and manage shop staff, both paid and voluntary.
