Job summary

Charity Retail in Ireland is seeking a part-time Shop Manager to support the Manager in daily operations of the shop and motivate staff and volunteers to hit sales targets. You will help ensure the shop is the hub of the local community, both in appearance and performance.

The role includes assisting in training and supervising staff, maintaining brand standards, and contributing to Enable Ireland’s services through strong store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory role.
• Ability to train and supervise paid staff and volunteers.
• Strong customer-focused approach and ability to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and development of the shop.
• Train, supervise and manage shop staff and volunteers.
• Ensure the shop presentation aligns with brand standards and appeals to customers.
