Job summary

Schuh in Dublin is hiring Part-Time Temporary Sales Assistants to join our store. The role offers an hourly rate of €14.23 with flexible working hours and full training provided. You will deliver exceptional customer service, share product knowledge, process payments and help with stock management.

Previous experience is not required, but customer service or retail experience is preferable. Uniforms are provided and discounts on products apply through the company perks program.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable.
• Full training will be given for the role.

Responsibilities

• Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising
• Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
• Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures
