Job summary

Nike Blanchardstown is looking for the next Retail Assistant to join our team and provide world-class service to the consumer. 8hr contracts available.

As part of Nike Retail, you will deliver a premium brand experience, assist with training, operate the register, manage stock, and help build engaging displays while linking online and offline sales. Availability includes weekends and some weekdays/evenings.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator and brand ambassador.
• Ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail leads and coaches in training new employees.
• Operate cash register and manage goods flow.
• Build visual displays and recommend products to hit targets.
• Bridge online and offline sales using digital tools.
• Inform customers about Nike products and services.
• Continuously improve product knowledge through training.
