Avoca Rathcoole is hiring a part-time Retail Assistant for an immediate start in our Rathcoole store. The role is temporary and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while upholding Avoca’s brand standards.

You will handle stock, operate the POS system, support promotions, and assist customers with queries. A team‑oriented, detail‑driven approach is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest standards of customer service.

• Handle cash and use the point‑of‑sale system.
• Manage stock levels and keep the offering well maintained.
• Open and close duties as directed by the line manager.
• Promote gift cards and/or special offers.
• Handle or escalate customer complaints.
