Job summary

Allcare Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor for the Allcare Pharmacy KCR Kimmage site. This part-time, permanent role focuses on excellent customer service and expert product advice across all ranges.

You will handle OTC guidance using a patient-centered approach, contribute to stock control, and work as part of a collaborative team while maintaining store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Pharmacy/Retail/Hospitality preferable.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Discretion when handling customer queries and confidentiality of patient information.
• Good attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Organised with a proactive approach in a team environment.
• Basic IT skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide product information and advice to customers across all product ranges.
• Maintain stock control, rotation and ensure correct delivery details.
• Deliver professional and efficient customer service at all times.
• Work as part of the Pharmacy team, being flexible and adaptable.
• Maintain clean, safe working conditions and report H&S issues.
• Participate in training and development programmes provided by the Pharmacy.
• Any other duties as required.
